Rowley Court is available for hire during the day, on an evening and at a weekend, subject to availability.

Depending on the day and period of hire, the rates are as follows


Daytime Hire	up to 6:30pm	£ 12.50 per hour

Evening Hire	Monday to Friday (6:30pm to 11:30pm)	£ 50 per evening
	Saturday (6:30pm to 12:00pm)	£ 100 per evening
	Sundays	Details on request

Conditions of Booking

Catering is available if required - to be discussed at the time of booking

Staffed Bar facilities available - to be discussed at the time of booking

Bar must be closed at 11:00pm (Mon - Fri) and 11:30pm (Sat)

The Building must be completely vacated by half an hour after the bar is closed

Should the Client cancel the function a charge will be made calculated as a percentage of the total booking value in accordance with the following scale: Cancellation/Notification Period Percentage

From 6-3 months prior to event 25%
3 months - 28 days prior to event 30%
27-14 days prior to event 50%
13-8 days prior to event 75%
7 days or less prior to event 100%
