Type of Hire

The facilities can be hired on a daily rate or a per hour rate, depending on the day, which covers as many delegates/guests as required. If refreshments are required as part of the hire be it tea/coffee, full dinner or eveing meal, this can be discussed at the time of booking.

The table layout for a dinner dance, party or similar function can be a number of styles. From individual tables through to a top table with up to 5 legs (the maximum seating capacity, depending on the layout is 110)

Conference / Seminar

We can set your conference/seminar room exactly as you require. As a guide the following are standard layouts.

	Boardroom Boardroom layout can be set as a solid table, or for a larger number of delegates an open square.
	Theatre Theatre layout is normally set out with a centre and 2 side isles.
	U-Shape U-Shape is ideal for small numbers of delegates.
	Classroom The Classroom layout is mainly used where an exam will take place at the end of the session
	Cabaret Cabaret style layout is the most popular, with up to 6 delegates seated around a round table all facing forward.
